Mediation Rates
For your convenience, here are the mediation rates and other important details.
- $250 per hour per party for two-party mediation
- $195 per hour per party for three-party mediation
- $175 per hour per party for four-party mediation
For all mediations in excess of five parties, the rate is $750 per hour and is split equally between all parties. Rates are for in-person and virtual mediations.

What does the term “party” mean?
A party is defined as one or more people or entities who are represented by a single law firm.
How is a Half Day mediation billed?
Half Day mediations shall be billed as a three-hour minimum.
How is a Full Day mediation billed?
Full Day mediations shall be billed as a seven-hour minimum.
What is the Cancellation Policy?
There will be no cancellation fee as long as mediation is canceled at least 5 business days prior to a mediation. All cancellations should be communicated in writing.
